ASC is brilliant! I found 9000 problems and it fixed them in 5 minutes. Now performance has improved significantly and is much smoother and faster. This is a must-have tool, especially since its free! There's even a Turbo Boost option which shuts down unnecessary programs while gaming or working. This is superb.
